The Dwyer Group
The Dwyer Group is a master brand for over a dozen home service franchises across the United States. Although their position in the market was robust they came to us with a challenge: How can we create a consumer-facing master brand that will make us the "one-stop-shop" of the home services industry?

My work as a strategist included analyzing competitors, interviews with the Dwyer corporate team, and finding the brand strengths that could unify a host of differing franchises.
